It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

In the unlikely event that you're not satisfied with your MARBOLOUS, you can, of course, return it to us. Please understand that MARBOLOUS is produced in small batches with a lot of manual work, so we can only accept returns if the entire product, including packaging, is undamaged. The customer must cover the shipping costs for returns. We will issue a refund once we have received and inspected the product. The Marbolous CLASSIC and ELECTROLL are manufactured in China, while the BIG M is crafted in Germany.
